Clicking the Step-In Button in the initial/terminated-states changes the step-mode to STEP-IN mode.
Clicking it in the halted-state changes the step-mode to STEP-IN mode, and then proceeds the evaluation by one-step.
Clicking it in the evaluating-state proceeds the evaluation to an appropriate point, halts the evaluation, and then changes the step-mode to STEP-IN mode.
