Viivi Argument-Command Window < IDE Elements < Viivi IDE < Viivi's Cell < Entrance
The Viivi argument-command window has dark-blue background by default.
It does not have a line-number field on the left-side
different from the input-port window.
Usually the argument-command sequence provided on the command line
at booting Viivi
will be expanded in this window.
When an argument-command script file
or a project file is specified,
with the argument-commands
"-a
" or
"-p
',
respectively,
then the contents of the corresponding argument-command script file
with a filename-extension
".vacs
"
will be loaded in this window.
Only when Viivi is in the initial or the finished states, the user can edit the contents of the window and load an external argument-command script file into the window from the pop-up menu.
Once the argument-command script started to be processed,
the user cannot edit the contents in the window even in the halt state,
until all the processes are over
or until the user forces to quit the process
by clicking the emergency-abort button on the controller.
