Viivi agreement

The following Viivi agreement must be accepted to download Viivi.
Do NOT download Viivi if you do not accept it.

In this agreement, "software" means Viivi.jar file, and "author" means ilma <ilma@viivi.io> the author of the software.

The author possesses all rights relating to the software. The author permits the user to use the software, only if the user accepts all the conditions described here. Otherwise, the user must stop using the software and erase the software completely from any devices and media, immediately. The user who downloaded this software is regarded to have agreeded to all the conditions described here.

The user must use the software in the way that the author specifies. The software is in development and can be buggy. To avoid risks, use the software in an isolated directory and never target important files or network ports with the software. The author is exempt from the responsibility for any kind of disadvantage caused by the software and related files or operations. The user is expected to report bugs and problems of the software to the author when the user finds them. The copyright of the parts of the software modified based on users' reports still belongs to the author.

The user must obtain the software directly from the download site of the author. The user must use the software in the form as it is distributed. The user must not expand or divide the software into any formats. The user must not extract any parts from the software. The user must not make any kind of modification on any part of or whole of the software. The user must not do any kind of reverse-engineering, including decompilation and deassembling, on the software. Any kind of redistribution of a part of or the whole of the software is prohibited.

This software has an expiry date. The user must stop using the expired version and erase it completely from any devices and media, immediately. When the user has obtained a newer version, the user must stop using older versions and erase them completely from any devices and media, immediately, even if it is before the expiry date.

This software was produced with JDK (Java Development Kit) of ORACLE Corporation. To make a part of this software, JavaCC (Java Compiler Compiler) <https://javacc.dev.java.net/> (made by Sreeni Viswanadha and Sriram Sankar, and distributed under the BSD [Berkeley Software Distribution] License) was used.

When the contents of the agreement conflict between different description languages, Japanese ones take precedence over others.
