Viivi version 00.32.00 (alpha) release notes

The following points were changed in Viivi version 00.32.00 (alpha).

• [NOTE]
  The copyright string has been changed to indicate only the copyright start year as
  "Copyright(C) 2003- ilma <ilma@viivi.io> All rights reserved."
  in order to eliminate the need to edit the viivi.vcnf file when updating.
  
  To specify the copyright string in the configuration file viivi.vcnf, please use the new string as
  (viivi-set! viivi-copyright "Copyright(C) 2003- ilma <ilma@viivi.io> All rights reserved.")
