Viivi version 00.31.00 (alpha) release notes

The following points were fixed in Viivi version 00.31.00 (alpha).

• Since the previous version 00.30.00, the copyright string has been changed to
  "Copyright(C) 2003-2023 ilma <ilma@viivi.io> All rights reserved."
  Please use the new string as
  (viivi-set! viivi-copyright "Copyright(C) 2003-2023 ilma <ilma@viivi.io> All rights reserved.")
  when specifying the copyright string in the configuration file viivi.vcnf.
