Viivi 00.15 release notes

Version 00.15.00 has been improved at the following points compared to the previous version 00.14.00.

• The specifications of Viivi package version 00.15.00 and the descriptions on Viivi user's manual version 00.15.a were assimilated with each other. They will be kept synchronized in the future versions as well.
• Base-level specification was fixed to work correctly.
• The option

  			output-floating-point-number-format
  

  for the procedures viivi-property and viivi-set! was changed to

  			output-in-floating-point-number-format.
  

• Each continuation has its own sequential number in its string expression to be identified among multiple continuations (e.g., #<continuation:0>, #<continuation:1>, and so on).
• A command-line argument option -tx is newly introduced. Its function is to close the current transcript output port (if opened).
• Fixed to work correctly on Windows platforms for the command line argument option -sysprops, the procedure invocations (system-properties) and (viivi-property 'system-properties).
• Small bug fixes.
