Viivi 00.07 release notes

Version 00.07.00 has been corrected at the following points compared to the previous version 00.06.00.

• A part of unnecessary data structure was removed and evaluation process was simplified. It made the evaluation speed about 10% faster.
• Small bug-fixes.
