Viivi 00.03 release notes

Version 00.03.00 has been corrected at the following points compared to the previous version 00.02.00.

• "Higher-order procedures", such as apply, map, call/cc, etc., can now accept as an argument a continuation, as well as one of the predefined procedures or a closure.
• do was corrected to provide right behavior.
• And other small bug-fixes.
