Viivi version 00.18.00 (alpha) was released! (2022/03/02)

Hello!
Thank you very much for waiting for Viivi for such a long time!
I am glad to announce that the version 00.18.00 (alpha version) of Viivi is now available on this site.
You can download it from "Download" on the page Viivi's Cell.

This version expires on 2022/05/01.
The next periodic update version 00.19.00 will be released before the expiry.

This version introduced Viivi IDE and VITSE, a graphical user interface (GUI) and a set of its interactive functions, respectively.
They are designed especially for the Little-Schemers' (Scheme beginners') easy and effective learning.
Please refer to Viivi 00.18.00 Release Note for the outlines of Viivi IDE and VITSE.

[NOTE]
Note that this version is still an "alpha version".
It may have problems, and the behavior may be unintuitive or unstable.
For the beginner's benefit, problems of Viivi IDE are going to be fixed first with higher priority, and then Viivi kernel will be fixed to be fully compliant to R5RS.

ghost helped me to set up the internet environment, which was essential for the publication, and gave me a lot of technical advice.
g000001, lassi, and some anonymous Schemers encouraged me during the tough development period and also had a look at the preview site.
kuyoneka and tanh encouraged me periodically.
shiro kept the list of implementations including a link to this site open to the public, and it was through this that the many of the Schemers came to know about this site.
And despite the long dormancy, many Real-Schemers and Little-Schemers from all over the world have accessed this site with great interest.
I am sorry that I have not been able to publish for a really long time.
I would like to thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

This day should have been much happier for me.
Hearing the news from Ukraine, however, I am so much shocked and feel heavy.
I pray for an immediate end to the war and for the return of peace.
