User's Manual version 00.14.a is released! (2012/02/21)

Thank you very much for trying Viivi.

Although the package has been updated periodically, the user's manual stayed at version 00.02._c almost for one year! I couldn't maintain the manual because of another work of higher priority. But errors and differences from the behavior of the software has been obvious in the descriptions on the user's manual. And hence, the descriptions of the user's manual version 00.14.a and the implementation of the package version 00.14.01 were assimilated to each other this time. From now on, I will try to keep the user's manual and the package updated synchronously, as the other long-lasting work is going to be finished.
